In a typical year, Spruce Lake serves over 1,000 young people at Overnight & Day Camp programs and over 32,000 guests, who enjoy family retreats, disability ministries, and church retreats at the Retreat Center. Our mission is to Point People Toward Christ, and our team forms a close community. Due to the diverse needs at Spruce Lake, each year we are in search of a diverse team of high-quality Christian young people to join us in ministry.
